Mission Statement

Adult Day Health Services of Southern Oklahoma, Inc. provides daytime health care and social services for chronically ill and/or functionally impaired adults.  The program is designed to restore, maintain, and stimulate participants' independence while providing support and respite for family caregivers.

Who Should Attend?

Candidates for admission include: adults who are frail, isolated, impaired, unable to care for themselves for extended periods of time, or are in need of social interaction during the day but can return to their homes at night.

The Oklahoma Department of Human services provides financial help to qualified applicants.

Monday through Friday
From 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Adult Day Health Services of Southern Oklahoma began in 1998 as a cooperative project of the Area Agency on Aging, Ardmore Village, Mental Health Services of Southern Oklahoma, Mercy Memorial Health Center, and Southern Oklahoma Technology Center.  Grant funds were provided by Southern Oklahoma Memorial Foundation, Noble Foundation, and Community Activities, Inc.  ADHS is a United Way Agency.  ADHS is a contractor with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.
